i know you will probably here this again, but a good option would be changing ur eating habits, dont just stop eating everyday, just start eating more healthy ya know, cuz it sounds to me like u have a slow metabolism, and also work out!!! to be honest, ur prob. gonna be like "im too lazy to do that "" i was just like that but onnce u get on the treadmill or elliptical u will feel like a beasst! haha and afte ur done,u will feel so proud of urself, believe me!! hoppe this helped, and wish u luuckk! :-D

itsok2bdiff is right – it’s better to give it some extra effort now and completely change the way you eat and live. This way you can be sure that you are doing something that will help you your entire life. And taking any diet pill or supplement isn’t smart for anyone – if they really worked there wouldn’t be people who get diseases like diabetes because of too much weight, they would just take pills and lose it. But it just doesn’t work and even worse – you very likely would end up spending money on something that will make you sick and event won’t help you lose weight.
Maybe you can find someone who will be kind of your coach – a friend or family member, even someone who is in sport or fitness. It’s a lot easier to follow plans when you have support and youre not doing it all yourself.

Eat fresh vegetables and fruits quit potatoes, bananas, fried food and take meridia diet pill with your diet and see the changes in your body. It works on me I hope it will also work for you.
