Hi! I've been experiencing twitching in my stomach when laying down and whenever I roll over on to my stomach or lay on my stomach I feel pain in my lower stomach / abdomen.
I have been peeing more, weight gain and have recently had my appendix taken out and a bowel operation due to chrones disease. Anyone able to help me out a bit more?

I have a similar issue of abdominal pain. Been thru ultrasound and ct scan which reveal nothing. Pain is obvious when I'm sitting on the floor slumped over with no back support. I did do a urine test which showed presence of blood. Could someone knowledgeable throw some light to help please.

Why does no one ever put down what was found with their medical problem. We all write on here when something is wrong but no one helps with solving the issue. Are we really all that selfish?!? I too wake up nearly every morning with stomach pain have had cameras in me from both directions had X-ray blood tests ultra sound and nothing found. Fed up with not knowing what is wrong.

It can be a number of things if it feels as if it pressure lower left of the stomach it can be a tumor or a case of bawl syndrome or a infection if it's a new symptom that you have began to notice go to your GP as soon as possible. A way to find out if it is bad is lay on your stomach put your hand under your lower left stomach if you feel pain and immense pressure go to your GP if not then it may be a bawl syndrome problem. My advise consult with a doctor.
