I have 3 lumps that start at the middle of my back & goes to the lower back...when I push on them its soft like a rubber ball...I have had them for aleast five yrs. Iam a male age 58.....my job is a grocery stocker...is it my job or something else...my doctor says its nothing wong but I think he is wrong...PLEASE HELPt

So i have small bumps on my lower back and i went to the doctors and i have to get it surgically removed.. They dont know what it could be but my doctor said thag it could just be hair that grew in the wrong way a created a bunch of little balls therefore come the bumps

I have the same issue. What helps me is lay flat on my back, on the floor, take 2 tennis balls and place one under each lump. I just lay like that for a while and then I rotate back and forth and side to side, making sure that the balls stay on the lumps. I feel a lot better afterwards and it lasts for a good while.

I have one of these lumps just above my left hip in the back. It has a nagging pain and when I rub it is rolls around. It's been there for god knows how long.

have you tried to stretch your legs? you can get back pains and knots in you back if you leg and glute muscles are to tight since it is such a large muscle group.
