I have been walking on the treadmill for the past 6 weeks. Yesterday I wanted to add a bit more to my workout. I inclined and started to go very fast for only 30 minutes. Well, today my lower abs hurt SO BAD! TO even touch my belly hurts. Could I have hernia? I can still carrie my 18 month son with a lot of pressure. I'm gettin ready to start my cycle also but if this is from that I have never had this pain in my 30 years.
