Be careful with sphincter of oddi treatment via the small cuts mentioned here. My doctor told me that the relief is so amazing initially, but eventually it starts again, and patient's basically become addicted to the surgery.

Had gallbladder out 7 months ago, have pain on right side underneath ribs. Especially bad when I sit and at night cannot lay on right side.
