Could we all be using tampons? They may have dislodged something inside. Because this pain is too real. And I wonder why it disappears a day or two? I personally had no pain whatsoever before them.now with all this pain, I could draw out my little one. We need a remedy

The chemical your uterus releases to help shed the lining actually irritates either your blaster or your anus. In your case, and most of these it is your anus. It's nothing to worry about and is quite common actually. :)

Hey do try to meet a female gynac if you can, its better to get diagonized and get treated. I've had the same pain while passing stool during my periods. Wiping the area with a cotton swab with olive oil helps. Hope you feel better soon!

I have severe endometriosis and never had a hard time conceiving. I have 4 kids. But my periods are extremely painful that I can't even move for 2 days. I get sharp pains in what feels like my rectum and vagina, even when not going to the bathroom and my bladder too. I get pain that makes me collapse when I try to stand. The pain got a lot better since when I was having kids but now that my baby is almost 3. The endo symptoms have become unbearable to the point that I am thinking of a hysterectomy just to stop the pain. Get checked out and make sure it's not endo cause it is hell once you stop having kids, it comes back with a vengeance ;(

I have this bad ATM. I got off from work and pretty much almost didn't make it home bc I hurt so much. Every bump in the road and all.... I honestly didn't think that anyone else do this problem but me.... but I can tell you I have noticed it more when the flow is heavy vs. when it's light... it's ALWAYS on the 1st or 2nd day that it starts and there is no real way to get rid of the pain.... but what I have found to work pretty well in taking down the pain is an essential oil called lemongrass. It's supposed to help with muscles and seems to dull the pain so it tolerable. Ibuprofen seem to help as well with dulling the pain. We just have to breathe and take it one day at a time. We women are a lot stronger then most men think. We take a beating each month and they can't handle to get a small cold.

I get this too but on my left side. Doesn't happen every period but it's enough pain to make it hard to stand up.

I get this too and have done for years. Also about 2 weeks before my period.
It took me 21 years to get diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) but a midwife who I mentioned it to a couple of years ago told me to Google 'Middle pain'.
This explained a lot.

I hope it helps :)
