Look up Erythema Multiforme. If you have a history of unexplained seasonal rashes then this autoimmune disease may apply to you.

It is caused by Candida (toxins, fungus, yeast overgrowth and bad bacteria). Almost always brought out by stress. Some doctors don't know or DONT want to tell you. So they presribe antibiotics which for awhile help by killing all the bacteria in your body, bad and good. Then when the antibiotics stop working it comes back with a vengeance because the bad bacteria is repopulating very fast while the good bacteria take a lot longer to repopulate. These bad bacteria feed and thrive on sugar, yeast, starchy carbs and processed food. These are the same things that cause rashes, sinus, ear and yeast infections, migraines and so much more. You need a strong probiotic to gradually increase your good bacteria. I use something called Three Lac but there are many other good probiotics out there. Take a good probiotic and try to stay away from the sugar and the other things I mentioned and you will gradually get rid of this and many other problems. Doctors can say eat better and exercise but they don't actually tell you that almost all illnesses in your body come from your gut. I have struggled with this for a long time. Because sugar and these chemicals they put in food these days are very addicting and at times it is hard to stay away from the bad stuff and then the battle starts again. Recently my Candida was really bad and I didn't have the breakout on the back of neck for a long time. I also was having problems with my gallbladder. There was a blockage and toxins were backing up in my body. All of sudden the breakout on the back of my neck was the worst it ever was as it is a sign of toxins trying to leave your body. I had my gallbladder removed and it went away almost immediately. I hope this helps everyone out there.

Blood pressure meds will do this to you. I've had this problem for years. Just switched from Lisinopril to Losartan and now it's worse than ever.

Got the same bumps after going on blood pressure meds. Doctors just blow it off as something else.

This is shingles, aka Herpes Zoster. They always affect only one side of the body. Usually neck and side of the face to back of the head, or somewhere along the torso.
