As my husband and I were about to have sex I felt pain in my genital area and found that there was a sore on my labia minora. It's just one and it hurts to squeeze it or anything--you can feel a bump, sort of like a pimple. What could it be and should I be worried? My husband and i were both virgins when we got married so I figure it's highly unlikely it's any sort of std but it still worried me.
