In the last year I have had 3 cysts in different places. Two of them were cut open. The last one I had cut open was such an awful experience. Now that the third one has appeared I refuse to go to the doctor. This one is in my armpit. It is huge, red, and so painful I can't put my arm to my side. It has been there for about a week and 3 days. I tried warm compression which didn't work. I was up for trying anything as long as I didn't have to go to the doctor. I read that vitamin E helps heal them, but I'm not sure if taking this caused it to open or if it was Smile's PRID tar like stuff my mom bought me. Either way it can't hurt to try them!
