on the 7/01/13 i went to the doctors originally because i had ear pains. in this same examination i happen to mention  a small upper abdomenon pain. the doctor checked it out and said there was nothing to worry about. later on in the same day i returned to my every day job of being a mechanic. i arrived at lunch time. my lunch was 3 home made chicken sand which's. after i ate these i felt the abdomenon pain come on sharply and i was in agony rolling about on the floor. i then had my colleagues to ring an ambulance to rush me to A+E. hospital gave me gas and air which did not relieve the pain, so they gave me 10mg of morphene. this relieved the pain for a while.

I then arrived at the hospital and had bloods, and a urine sample. they both came back with amylase of 687. which the doctors said that is definitely pancreatitis. so they then looked for a reason why this happened. (I'm not a heavy drinker, don't smoke, but i have lost a lot of weight, used to way 78kg and now weigh 66.8kg. this is in a time scale of 3 months, but my diet stayed the same). so they had me in hospital for 3 nights to just keep an eye on my pain.

ive then been sent home on awaiting ultrasound and MRI scan dates to attend. they then came through for 3 weeks after i had my attack.

both scans proved to be al-right with no gall stones or anything. so the cause was still unknown.

i then had some more serious pain 2 weeks after my mri scan and got rushed back into hospital, ive then had another ultra sound scan which proved again to be al-right  and more bloods which then the doctor said my amylase was well within the limits.

I was then directed to a specialist that i had to attend to. i then visited him on the 14th march 2013. i told him all my symptoms  i feel really lazy most times, i have smelly stools, a sound in my abdominan area which sounds like gases being made, lost a little more weight, and sometimes i get a small burst of abdominon pain which would normally reach a pain rating of 5/10. so i am now awaiting a CT scan date and ive sent of a stool test which has not got back to me yet.

Can anyone help me on what's going on with me? What precise foods to eat because im struggling with my diet now.
