I had those symptoms and it turned out to be a large ovarian cyst.

I have had this problem in and off my while life since puberty. It sounds identical to ovarian cysts which sometimes do t show up. Sometimes I feel fine then almost immediately after intimacy its sudden hard and painful. Sharp horrible pain through vaginal canal and anus sitting is horrible it even being bumped a little by one of my children. I have had to laparoscopy surgeries tried the pill/ it works for some people and the only other thing I have ever felt that was the same was a tubal miscarriage. Its the anal pain that distinguished it from anything else. Good luck try a bath to relieve the pressure and ibuphrophen worse case scenario go to a catholic hospital and later apply for the charity discount. They can be dangerous if they are too big think of it like an appendix rupturing the poison and blood can be very dangerous so can the cyst if it doesn't stop bleeding. Good luck

I know you asked this over a year ago, but if you are still looking for an answer it could be Endometriosis

http://www.womenshealth.gov/publications/our-publications/fact-sheet/endometriosis.html

It can't be seen on a Ultra Sound, CAT scan, or MRI. I've had all three and now in a week will be going in to have a laparoscopy to check for the Endo. Good luck, I hope you have already figured it out or find something out.

I have the same pain in my lower right pelvic area... I had an internal exam yesterday and I go in for an ultrasound in Sept. I feel that is not soon enough but it was their first available appt. Of course the worst is going through my mind, but I'm trying not to panic. I have had these symtoms for about two months... A feeling of pressure like I have to pee, but not much comes out. When I get up I feel like I have to turn right around and go again. I just have a large amount of pressure... I thought, maybe stress incontinence. I've taken all sorts of tests with the drs. from bladder infections to BV, to std tests and all came back normal. I have had some relief from the pressure to urninate frequently after uping my diet with fruits and vegetables as well as drinking a ton of water throughout the day, which sounds like it would make me pee more, but I've had the exact opposite effect. I seem to pee less with less pain. However the lower right pelvic pain is staying constent. It's not debilitating but nagging all day and at night seems to be worse. It's worse after orgasms as well. I talked to an herbalist and he said to  do a parasite cleanse and an anti-vungal cleanse. I have the tinctures on their way to my address. I'm curious to see if that will help. I figure what the heck it will be good for my body regardless. I'll let you know what the results are.

4 months I experienced this. See a urologist then find a physical therapy who specializes in woman's health. You'll feel 100 times better. I promise. Good luck

Pelvic floor disfunction. Go to a urologist for confirmation. Find a physical therapist who specializes in woman's health. Couple times a week for a couple months and I'm cured

Hi there. I have been experiencing the same pain as what you described. The pain would literally stop me in my tracks while walking or doing whatever activity and I'd be doubled over in severe pain. Sometimes it would last for a few minutes, sometimes longer. If I sit for a long period of time and get up abruptly, I have a hard time walking because the pain is so intense. I finally went to see my doctor and had an x-ray done of my pelvis and the radiologist determined I had Osteo-pubis. It's an inflammation of the pelvic bone and if it gets too severe I have the option of cortisone shots or surgery. I've decided not to have either one done for now. I'm just dealing with the pain. As far as tingling/numbness in your hands, my husband had that and it was determined that he had carpal tunnel in both his hands. He did have surgery on the one hand and it has helped but he still struggles at times with pain and numbness. Or it could just be poor circulation. I get it in my hands if I'm at the computer for long periods of time typing and using the mouse. I know you posted this over a year ago. I hope you found some answers.
