i dont know if this is normal or not but my scrotum is pretty large and it takes up 1.5 inches of my penis. i have a 5.5inch penis so i can only use 4 inches... however i have a full size when im looking at it from the opposite side of the scrotum. can surgery fix this? basically there is an extra 1.5 inches of my penis inside my scrotum.
Hey johnny how old are you are you circumcised? I think what you are describing is a web of skin connecting the scrotum and shaft of the penis? Have you had sex yet? Does it affect that? How about masturbating? Its difficult to know exactly what u have because there is no picture
