This thread is a blessing. I am a 22 year old male and this happens to me almost every time I take 20mg IR or even if I have say 10 and some coffee. I am convinced it’s stimulation of the prostate. When I don’t take Adderall it’s absolutely ok no problem, but anything over 20mg will cause this to happen guaranteed. I’d honestly say switch medicine if you can or just put up with it. I haven’t noticed any problems since it started happening in terms of sexual performance. L&R
I had the same problem. I didn’t know what it was. I went to an urgent care and they treated me for an std. The lab results all came back negative for an std. I went to my urologist and he said the same thing. He tested me and all the tests came back negative again. Me personally think it’s from dehydration from the adderall. Adderall consists of salt and salt dehydrates you so who knows. Try drink No more water and see if that helps
So happy I came across this thread. I’ve been getting treated for chlamydia 5 times of more this year over the symptoms. I feel so relieved. It all makes sense now. sh*t was driving me nuts. Especially when you google discharge from penis and it tells you it’s a red flag and most likely an Std
I have had similar issues as everyone else. On Adderall 25mg per day. When I stop taking it for a couple days, pain and discharge goes away. I need to find an alternative medicine. Haven't seen anyone mention what they have switched to or how they resolved the problem. I may ask my doctor for Ritalin instead of adderall and see what happens.
Exactly the same things happens to me. I was freaking out too but I guess It’s a side affect of Adderall and I’m not alone.
I am a 23 year old male, and have experienced this on several occasions! Not an STD (got tested and I haven’t had sex in over a year). I can usually tell it’s coming on by a strange ‘tingling’ sensation in my feet. Minutes later, I use the bathroom and there is a burning sensation as soon as the urine stops. It is always cloudy and appears to be a mix of urine and semen. Immediately there is an urge to urinate, but there is nothing. Only thing that helps is to immediately drink CUPS of water, and wait 15-30 minutes before urinating. From my numerous experiences (having one right now), I believe something happens where the prostate becomes swollen, and/or semen and urine mix and become trapped in the urethra. Again, just a guess!

2) WAIT 20 minutes. The urge to go will be crazy, but you need to wait long enough to ‘flush’ whatever is causing the pain.
3) Repeat if needed. Pain usually stop immediately after flushing for me.

However, it should be noted that there is no evidence via research we have as of 2022 that GMO causes cell death, neither in the brain or elsewhere. There is also no research whatsoever that stimulant medication, such as Adderall, causes nerve damage in the penis. From both my experience and plenty others’ experiences here, urine becomes cloudy indicating an issue elsewhere.

I'm having a very similar experience to what's described in this thread except I'm on Vyvanse, not Adderall. Redness/irritation on the bottom of the urethra opening and inside, Urgency after urinating, Urinary retention (cant get the last few drops out). I don't have any discharge at all though. I'm 29. Never had penis issues before this. Been on Vyvanse for a few months now. Recently been on 50mg.

They gave me a steroid/anti-fungal cream & a short antibiotic assuming it might be some sort of infection. Been using it about a week and it's not really helping.
At first I really thought it might just be an infection. I recently switched to tight, nylon underwear. I only learned last week that nylon & tight undies conducive to creating infections. Stopped wearing them and assumed that was the cause. But after no improvent from a week of the meds, I'm starting to think it's the Vyvanse...

Same deal for me. I have had on/off prostate issues for the last couple years and I have also been taking Dexedrine for school more often. I find that I feel a burning/stinging sensation in my urethra when I ejaculate on days that I have taken it. Taking Dexedrine also reliably made my (now ex) girlfriend say that my cum tasted awful, so there's definitely something there, and I could tell that it was going to because it would sting. Just recently, after a few days of consistent use and then a quick wank before sleep, it stung like a mofo, and I have had discharge and pain in the days since. I went to a doctor who thought I should get an STI test which I opted out of because I haven't been sexually active. I haven't taken it in a few days and it appears to be clearing up, although the yellowish discharge hasn't stopped yet.
