This happens to me too. I get a severe itching sensation at the tip of my penis and constantly feel as if I need to pee. I think the problem is a combination of things everyone else has said. When I masturbate, I normally use lube (as you should... duh) but this time I didnt. I also did a quick run; maybe 3 minutes, but i had an erection for about a half hour before masturbating. Ive heard from many sources that you should avoid ejaculating with your penis facing upwards. Of course, with my luck, I did. Maybe, it burns sometimes when you pee b/c you let lubricant get in are lotion! When me and my boyfriend did it one day and we use some lubricant it had got inside of the hole and it made it burn when he pee!

Try using a clear lubricant Iike KY Sensual Silk. The conditioner has certain ingredients that cause burning and are not good for your skin. The peeing after is good to clear the sperm out of the urethra. Not much you can do to prolong the feeling, just dont feel guilty.
