First off, congratulations!!! You are discovering at a very young age the wonders of life. Second, please don't feel that you are by any means done growing. At 11, you are not quite a man yet, and probably have 7 more years of growth! It is likely that you will probably gain a couple more inches during puberty.
This will put you at a total of 7 long, and probably 1.5 wide, but don't worry! Abnormally huge penises happen to a small fraction of the US population, and it's actually not that hard to deal with. It will likely cause you to have less sex, as it will hurt your future partners due to the size, but it won't keep you from having sex at all.
Whatever you do, DO NOT RUB TEA ON IT! That will cause advanced aplegesia (excess light sensitivity), and may result in goiters.
