hello,

for the past 3 days i have been getting constant menstrual like cramps and my breast have been very swollen. it feels like im getting my pd anytime soon but nothing yet and i havent had a pd this month of sep. i am on Paraguard; its a copper iud with no hormones. i felt for my stings yesterday and i still felt them. i need some advice has anyone has this happen? i hope i get my pd any day now....
