Hi. I am a 32 years old woman, and I had a baby five months ago. I have grown fat, and I am thinking of getting into shape again. I heard a lot of good stuff about pilates, so I was thinking of trying with it. Maybe some diet with it, I don't know. Any recommendations? How to loose 20 kilograms in two months?
Yeah, pilates is really great for loosing weight. Loosing twenty kilograms sounds a bit extreme, you know. But if you are really keen to do it, than you can do the following (notice – it will take a lot of your free time and money). Go to spa treatments. Go on a diet, do pilates, go to sauna, swimming pool, and jog. All of those things. Never have a day when you aren't working out. This schedule will kill you, but at least you'll be thin.
