I have developed the same symptoms as you. I tried over the counter anti itching cream but no relief at all. I also developed rashes. Went to the dermatologist I was diagnosed with Eczema. One of the rashes got infected so he prescribed antibiotic in cream and an anti-inflammatory. By the second day I could see a big difference after starting the treatment so I recommend you please go to the doctor don’t wait to long like I did. Well I know your post is a year ago but still I just want to share my experience with you. Take care.

I have the same thing! I've been asking my parents and they don't seem to know. I asked if it were hives, because my mom used to have them, and she said it didn't look like them much.
They started on my left forearm and gradually spread to my thighs, and other arm. They're spreading slowly but they're kinda itchy as well. They aren't as itchy as poison ivy and you can't pop them. They aren't liquid/anything filled. If anyone can assist me on what this might be, please reply ASAP
Thanks!

That's exactly what happened to me. It started on my left forearm, just a few, and then it's spreading to different places. Not many but they're on my back, my right fore arm and slowly my thighs now.

Hi, guest.

Here are some tips on how to treat stress hives:

1. Avoid triggers: Identify and avoid whatever triggers your stress hives. Common triggers may include certain foods, alcohol, stress, anxiety, and temperature changes.

2. Take an antihistamine: Over-the-counter or prescription antihistamines can help reduce the itching, swelling, and redness associated with stress hives.

3. Use cold compresses: Apply a cold compress or an ice pack to the affected area. This can help reduce itching and inflammation.

4. Apply a topical anti-itch cream: Apply a topical anti-itch cream, such as hydrocortisone, to the affected area.

5. Take a warm bath: Taking a warm bath with an oatmeal-based bath product may help reduce itching.

6. Relax: Relaxation techniques, such as yoga, deep breathing, and meditation, can help reduce stress and prevent stress hives.
