Pimples on scrotum that won't go away.

I have a small bumps around my scrotum. About 3 on the left side and 2 on the right.They seem like ingrown hairs or small pimples. They have a white head that I can pop. When I pop them a little white puss comes out. They don't itch or cause any discomfort unless I mess with them. I have been putting baby powder in the area to keep it dry. I also have a few small bumps above my penis by my pubic hair. It has been three weeks and they are not going away.  I went to fast care and got tested for STD's. They did a urine sample and a blood test. All results came back negative. How do I get rid of them? The pimples are in areas I shaved. I haven't shaved in nearly a month. I also haven't had sex in 3 weeks. My hair is growing back in that area.
