i get pimples on my pubic are allot, i usually pop them but they do not go away. they are completely flat. it might also be ingrown hairs, i don't know
Try washing your pubic area daily and carefully. Sweat plays a role in this problem.(oils also)
When you pop them does blood and some pus come out?
