Hi my name is lexi .. i am 10 yrs old and i weight 110 and i desperatly need help because it is almost swimming season and i have a really cute swimming suit but not a cute body..... i hate my thighs and my stomach. please give me advise
hi I'm 12 and I'm in the same situation but so far I have found out you need to run (ALOT), walk, eliminate sweets (or just limit them), drink 6-8 cups of water daily no more than 8 though, and eat at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies daily. It will be hard at first but then after a while you will be atimatcally doing this without even thinking! Soon fruit will be your candy! :) well hope I helped you. At 10 yrs old you should not be worrying about your body shape. Keep swimming
@5150 , Your main goal is to lose thigh fat, right? Well that is not going to exactly work unless you start eating healthy. So try eating healthier while you do good exercises too.
you're too young to be worried about this. it's great that you want to be healthy, if that's what you want, but don't let being "thin" or "beautiful" get in the way of healthy. remember you are already beautiful how you are, despite how you may feel and what others may say. God made you beautiful. so don't worry about your weight. you have a lot of years left for that.
