Same problem here. Even with a glass of water in the morning., i will have the need to go to the toilet. My doctor gave me medicine for ibs.

Youre not the only one my friend. I see a pattern when it happens to me. Usually when i eat something greasy or oily. It never happens after i have dense stuff like bread. But the moment i have gravy, or anything similar. SPLAT

I've tried Metamucil and it helps tremendously. Two tablespoons every night before bed and I can finally go to eat without having to use public or race home. Try it. If it doesn't help it won't hurt

I have a malabsorption issue because the food passes through so fast that I don't get the nutrients that I need.

yes qboda and Tijuana flats! Plus it burns. I know that hot sauce rips my ass.
it also comes when I eat steak. I have to be close to a bathroom within 20 minutes before I discharge.

the stress causing IBS is so true, i am having this problem just a week before final exam for my med school in collage but may be due to consuming too much coffee for helping me study too. any ways very helpful thank you for explaining it.

This is the same exact thing that happens to me whenever I go out or even eat a family dinner at home. Right after I stand up from a table I have the sudden urge to use the restroom

Could be any number of issues, from minor to serious. IBS is very annoying but not serious, although excessive constipation and diarrhea can eventually cause an abscess in the glands of the rectum (does NOT mean Crohns). I have similar problems- I have no pain at all, but I do get a strong urge to poop after any large meal. Typically I only poop 2 or 3 times per day, which is normal, but it's still very annoying to feel that urge anytime you eat. I used to body build and when I was eating 5000 calories per day I was pooping 4-5 times per day. I have a sneaky suspicion that body building diet caused some of my IBS. I also had an abscess years ago, but it was caused by an infected fissure. Id suggest eating smaller meals and watching to make sure you get more SOLUBLE fiber and less insoluble fiber.

U have had IBS for 14 yeas and never had this its just strated this last week I don't think it's IBS
