Currently waiting for my period which should be coming soon. But yesterday morning I had unprotected sex. He did not come inside of me, but possible precum. Today I am experiencing light cramping, started on my left side now it’s both sides and the middle. Could this be implanting cramps after just one day? Should I get a Plan B to be safe? Hi i was wondering if anyone could help me me and my bf had unprotected sex 6 days ago i came off my pill a week ago and now ive had a few light cramps and a bit of bleeding on and off the cramps have stopped now after 3 days but also been constipated for a couple of days i keep feeling sick i dont know what it could be could anyone help
