I had a full circumcision to solve my phimosis problem. However the tight part of the foreskin was quite far down the stalk ie further away from the tip and circumcision does not appear to have fixed the problem. When erect it is painful in a ring about one finger width down the shaft from the bottom of the gland.
The surgeon that operated on me says there is free returns to get any extra difficulties sorted.
Can this be solved by another operation though?

You should consult your doctor again and get this checked. I'm sure it can be sorted without too much difficulty and ther is no point in putting up with painful erections.
