Blood tests for hormone levels and iron levels were all good. Eight months ago I found a naturopath who diagnosed me with adrenal exhaustion, and I'm finally getting help. I started blogging about it at

Have you been to a naturopath?
Hi Dave,
I know what you are feeling as I have the same symptoms you are experiencing, I had it about 4 years ago and it went away on its own after a month. Now its back and I just found this link to what I think is a great explanation. Its not serious and you will recover soon.

Good Luck
I had a two-yer old granddaughter die of causes unknown. Her family has a history of Factor 5. It looks to the coroner that death was of natural causes. The police however, feel it is something more sinister. This has caused our family much suffering and pain. How would a two-year old convey this to their parents? Please help me understand.

Have the doctors check for LPR (Laryngopharyngeal Reflux Disease). It is an acid reflux that is in the throat. It has a lot of smptoms of allergies. Coughing, post nasal drip, feeling like there is a lump in your throat, horseness. I am dealing with this right now. I have had so many tests and they all come back clear until they put a scope down my throat and saw that my Esophagus was swollen which is a tell tale sign of LPR. The treatment i am on is prilosec daily. The only problem is that it could take several months to feel any relief from the medication. I have found that a lot of doctors dont know what LPR is (i have had 3 ask me "whats that"). Good luck, I hope this helps
