So once in awhile i'd get a pressure feeling in my head, then it moves to my nose and it hurts so badly, goes to my eye or ears. I know its not a a headache or migraine, because I know how they feel. I'd get this pressure feeling once in awhile, ever since I was 13 I've had it. I'm 15 years now and it hurts more.

Hello Guest.  The symptoms you are describing sounds like a sinus headache.  The tissues of the sinuses can become inflamed and they have difficulty draining any mucous.  This leads to increasing pressure, which is what you feel.  Causes are colds and allergies.  You may try an antihistamine and ibuprofen to help the inflammation so you get so relief.  You may be allergic to pollen or other seasonal allergens. A room with little humidity may irritate your sinuses, so try a humidifier in your bedroom. I hope my suggestions help you so that you can get rid of the sinus pressure you experience.

Has anyone else have seasonal allergies?  What brings on your sinus headaches?
