Where can i order the prism diet book? I did this years ago and lost like 40 pounds in 4 months. I want to get back on this diet. Please let me know thanks and god bless

Was anyone able to get you a copy of it? I am wanting to do this again, I did it about 10 years ago and it worked great for me. But my weight has slowly but surely crept up again. I downloaded the book on kindle but I need a printed version of the food list for phase one.

They recommend that you don't use shakes or protein bars. They want you to learn how to eat "real" food. with that being said, I knew of a few people who used on a limited basis. Sugar has to be the fifth ingredient or lower on any food ingredient list.

Don't misinterpret the low carb aspect of the Prism diet . The training is to REDUCE highly processed carbs such as simple sugars white flour and corn syrup sweeteners, and move to more complex whole foods. I did this diet as a companion, and although I was super active my whole life and ate "well", I was surprised to drop 12 lbs in 3 months. Prism takes discipline, and planning, but success usually does.

I did Prism years ago and my daughter is wanting to try it but I only have th Phase 1. It's been great but I don't have Phase 2. Where can I get the Phase 2 food list?

Sometimes people sell them on Amazon. The only phase I haven't been able to find is continuance.

16 yrs ago I attempted to quit smoking and join a ladies group on the Prism diet, after 2 weeks, I was shedding weight, feeling a live plus not smoking. My marriage was bad and he did not support me, he worked against me. After 20 yrs I had finally left. I've tried to get motivated to try it again, I know I will feel so much better and I'm dealing with health problems that demands me to loose weight and stop smoking. Any suggestions?
