I am 13 and I started gaining weight in the 3rd grade! I ha e had these puffy like nipples since I was In 3rd grade can someone pls give me some advice?
I'm 15 and have the same problem as everyone else. Puffy nipples that only go down when I'm cold or when I flick them. Poke through my shirt sort of so it's embarrassing. I also have slightly larger breasts, I'm not fat, sort of fit actually. It annoys me. When I'm at hockey and everyone has their shirt off (not being gay), but I notice everyone has compeletely falt chests and nipples, it makes me feel out of place and self councious. So if anyone knows if it will go away, or if there is a "cure", please lat me know.

Not everyone here may have gynecomastia. If your nipple is squishy and feels like fat, then it is not gyno. Its just fat which can be fixed by dieting and/or building muscle in your chest. If your nipple is hard or a lump/tenderness, its probably gyno and you will need surgery to remove it.
