Please reply anyone for this :problem with penis(thirty three years of age)during ejaculation the size of conchy --(shaped)penis arouse to 9cm and if it has to be ejaculate into vagina the outer part of penis becomes large(inner muscle) arouse large enough as it might not penetrate into vagina..do vagina expands accordingly with respect to penis size or this may lead to any problem.does penis need any surgery .any suggestions?..
