I had hemorrhoid surgery 8 yes ago,n again I'm suffering with sever pain. Seems that poor bowel habits will continue to bring them back. I have IBS with constipation. The pain is hell. Hurts down my leg into my foot! Wish all suffering with this hell the best of luck!
Prep H doesn't work. You need a script from your Dr to get the good cream. Even the Pharmacist said Prep H does nothing. Maybe if they aren't bad it will work for a while. If they are bad, it doesn't work.

I have found that not eating enough fibre (raw foods) and drink drinking too little water to be the root cause of my hemhorroidal problem. As a lack of this type of fibre weakens body tissue the tissue and veins down there are to weak to support process of decification resulting in weak tissue and veins in the surrounding area to get inflamed. I was on raw food for a week and drinking water constantly and could see a dramatic change towards healing within a day or two. Eating raw fibre changed the consistency of my tissues and made it stronger. A friend told me about Turmeric and ginger. I drink 3 cups of Turmeric Tea/ ginger daily and mix a turmeric with Vaseline and apply at night.
A colonoscopy does not hurt at all, I had it done, they will put you to sleep. As for the pain I carefully place toilet paper in my butt crack and I lay in bed and try to not move the paper around, keep it in place for about a day, usually that's when the pains goes away, seems like placing the paper there protects it, as air in that region seems to make the pain worse.
I first had hemorrhoids after my first childbirth 27 years ago. Since then it comes and goes with consecutive two babies after that and moreover when I have constipation but for the past 10 years I have more issues with piles. Now I've had bypass surgery which much like Chrons disease causes me to have about 4-5 bowel movements a day and often soft, but for some reason without constipation and the expected piles, my soft BM causes these chronic piles and as of three days ago I have pain all the way done the side of my leg that corresponds with the site of the pile cut. The pain in my leg goes all the way down to the sole of my foot and it keeps me up at night. The combo pain from the piles and leg pain. I don't know what to do

When They come, I am in the worst pain for days. My left foot (small toes) is so sore it is unconfortable to move it.
Best thing for me is a hot water bottle or hot bath.
I basically burn it numb. Lol.
But yeah its the worst.
Bleeds like crazy where im stuck on the toilet trying to stop bleeding..
Underwear constantly running on it.
Gotta pull my pant seat sideways to sit down.
Worst part is when I tell my wife tbe pain I'm in, she thinks of hers she had. It comes for 2 days and is gone for months. It hurts her but not debilitating. So she tells me how her tattoo hurts. Lol.
This is worse than tooth pain.
Probably up there with easy labor.
Lol.
But I hear ya.
I got my butt hanging in a hot bath.
I cant do anything.

I just got them last weekend, I felt it a little Sunday morning by the night I was in pain.i worked Monday through it,Tues day I went to the er.doc said I had stage3 prolapsed and that was it.weds I tried to work again,nope,left around 12.its Thursday and I dunno what I'm going to do.ill probably loose my job.very painful and it feels like I gotta c**p.ive had the shingles virus before ,and it hurt,but I think this is much worse.pain and and a very costly surgery.yall are tough as hell going this all them yrs,I wish you all luck
