Did you ever figure this out? I have a the same thing for about a year now.
I am 24. I have parts on my nipple and Areaola when I squeeze it puss comes out.Some areas have runny puss others have stringy stiff puss. I squeeze all the puss out and In a couple days if I squeeze again the puss has rebuild itself and I can again squeeze it out. I have had these spots on my breast for years now and when I asked doctors they told me it was milk but I informed them I’ve had this issue before I even hit pubity and starting having a cycle. Should I be concerned? Should I press to see a specialist for sonograms and etc

I am 16, this same thing is happening to me. If I put pressure on my nipple it gives off a teardrop size of fluid. I was scared at first and still kind of am. I don’t know what to do but I don’t want to see my doctor.
