Have you had your period since the first test?
If you've had a regular flow, and bright or dark red color (not pinkish spotting) then you're probably not pregnant.
If you've been nauseated since, you should take one more test just for ease of mind. I'd bet that you either have a cold, or you're having PMS.

You should have had a period by now, since it has been 4 weeks since you last took a HPT.
Feeling sick and visiting the toilet more often is a sign of being pregnant.
