I have red and pink dots on my tongue near my throat and it's hard to swallow. I also have them on the roof of my mouth and cheeks. I'm 21 years old and pregnant. Please help

I have the same thing. I have notice that they came and they go . Don't hurry about it. I believe that has to do with the immune system. You should ask you doctor next time you see him.
