Recently i have received 5 pimple like spots on my penis.
This is along the shaft and not on the scrotum or foreskin area.

I have only had them about a week and have not slept with a girl in 3 months.

I do masterbate but would like to know what these are and how to treat them.

I have been trying sudacream for the last 2 days but no visible improvements.

Any advice would be appreciated.
