For a week now ive been getting this red "pimple" sort of thing around my genital area... then that one dried off and i got another between my binini area and the side of my genital area.....is there something i should be worried about???

Your skin issue sound a little strange but there's a couple questions that I'd like to ask. Where is the pimple appearing? Does it come to a head or does it simply go away? It does sound a little odd but it doesn't appear to be much to worry about. A lot of times, little red bumps show up because they're ingrown hairs or something like that. If you aren't sexually active, that's likely what it is. I don't think there's cause for alarm, but you can ask your doctor if it still concerns you.
