I have been experiencing the same issues!! I have been with my gf for 4 years now, and she often is very dry, and I have noticed that it creates a crazy itchy red bump, with line streaks on my penis and is very irritant for hours after.  I immediately wash and clean.  How am I suppose to use lube with my girlfriend when she is extremely sensitive to cream and lotions down there? Some girls cannot even use condoms because of allergy and cannot use lubricants because of the such.  Is there a safe alternative hypo allergenic lubrricant???

Has this ended? I'm sure this may be friction and some KY Jelly or lube may help.

My problems are very similar. Red, dry penis head after masturbation, followed by small red spots that last for a day or two before disappearing completely. A more general redness of the penis head lasts for a while longer. Minor testicular and perianal pain, and very occasional throbbing pain within the head of my penis. I notice some other rashing where semen/pre-cum is in prolonged contact with my skin; on either side of my inner thighs where the head of my flacid penis reaches, and on my finger pads directly where I touch my penis during masturbation. I've tried clotrimazole for two weeks straight, and a similar anti-fungal cream with a mild steroid, but my problems persist. I've taken it easy on the masturbation for over a month, with no improvement as a result.

This problem began after unprotected sex, and subsequent treatment for non-specific urethritis with a 1g dose of azithromycin. Clinic kept giving me the creams and sending me away, before admitting they were stumped. One major problem I have in getting this diagnosed properly, is that it primarily occurs after masturbation. This makes it difficult for evaluation of the symptoms when they are at their worst. I have a feeling that doctors tend to consider psychological factors as the cause, and I think that their treatment methods are sometimes geared towards alleviating anxiety. Unfortunately, this makes it even mor difficult to get a clinician to properly evaluate the issue and take it seriously.

If anyone experiences any success in dealing with this issue, please post it up here. Good luck to all struggling with this.

It sounds like this might be a yeast infection – the symptoms definitely match. The reason it is probably more noticeable after sex is because of the friction; the other thing is that yeast infections are contagious, so you could be passing it back and forth with your partner. You could try an antifungal cream – just apply it right to the penis skin – and it would be best to abstain from sex for a while to give things time to heal up. You might think about using a penis vitamin cream like Man 1 Man Oil – this can help speed up the healing process and keep your body chemistry in balance so the infection doesn’t come back. You should double-check with your doctor, though – a simple swab can determine for sure whether it is a yeast infection, and if not, then the doctor might have a better idea what is going on.

She has a diseased hole.. try sex with someone else, if bumps or redness appear your screwed, if not, you wife/girlfriend has a dirty hole. Try the backdoor if you want or just dump her, let someone else worry after they get the same problem.

As a male I see the same thing & whenever I go get my check up it's always negative, so here's something that I read & think it would be good to copy/paste it hope it will be helpful.

Sex is enjoyable. However, there are occasions where the sex is no longer pleasurable, like when the male develops a cut on his penis during or after intercourse. Surprisingly, penis tears are very common. But it is not frequently reported by men because of feeling ashamed about admitting the problem to their doctors. However, no matter how small the cut, you should go to see your physician, especially if the tear heals slowly.

Causes of Penis Tears

Penis tears can result from a variety of causes. The most common are:Friction - The most obvious cause of a cut on the penis is too much friction during sex. While it is true that the more friction between the vagina and the penis the more pleasure is generated, it also goes along this line that penile injury is more likely to occur. Guys endowed with bigger penises should bear in mind that they are more at risk of such injuries, especially if they have sex with a smaller partner or if they love to have deep penetration sex.Frenulum injury - There is a structure underneath the penis head that is known as the frenulum. It is like a ridge of small skin connecting the head of the penis to the shaft skin. A shorter frenulum means that the penile skin is dragged easily forward and back during sex. When the skin is tugged back, the action will cause some pain or discomfort. At some point, when the sex is already too hard, the frenulum may be ripped or torn, resulting in bleeding.Balanitis - This is a condition that often surfaces as a result of chronic diabetes. Diabetic patients are at risk because wound healing is generally slowed down. But in most cases, balinitis is caused by poor hygiene and infection; that's why uncircumcised men are more prone to getting this condition. It is characterized by an inflammation of the penile head and the foreskin. Men usually suspect balanitis if their penises are easily reddened, especially at the head part. Rashes on the same area are frequently seen as well.Yeast infection - The most common type of male yeast infection is the one affecting the male reproductive organ. Sexual dysfunction, burning sensation during sex, reddened penis head and blistered penile trunk are the most common signs and symptoms ofyeast infection. Rashes, swelling, and a cut on the penis also develop more easily among yeast-infected males.Other causes - Genital piercings and an allergy to latex condoms have also been reported to cause a cut on the penis.

Treatment for Penis Tears

Managing penis tears depends on its cause. This is why it is important to find out what exactly causes the cuts on the penis. As a generalintervention, males should wear condoms (with the right lubrication) during sex while healing is still taking place. Nevertheless, here are the other treatment options that are specific for their respective causes:Men are encouraged to insert the penis when the partner is already "wet" or at least has sufficient artificial lubrication applied. Lubricants aid in lessening friction to avoid injury for both parties. Those who are uncircumcised are even more at risk for a cut on the penis because their foreskins or prepuces go head to head with the vaginal canal. The to and fro motion may also contribute to the injury when the skin of the penis is dragged quickly. For frenulum injury, frenuloplasty, and other minor surgeries can be performed on short and thin frenulums. This is often done during or just before early adulthood. It is a quick procedure done on an outpatient basis but healing usually takes a full month.Steroids are used to treat balanitis related to skin diseases while antibiotics are prescribed for balanitis resulting from infection. Doctors also advise uncircumcised males to get circumcised if they develop this condition. Those who are, at the same time, diabeticare told to control their blood sugar levels to improve healing.Antifungal creams are used to fight against yeast infections. Because it has been found that most men contract this type of infection from their partners, it is also advisable to have the partner checked for the presence of such and get treated if diagnosed to be positive.

clotrimaderm 2% crm /  hyderm 1% cream 2:1 ratio clotimazole 2% crm / hydrocortisone 1% cream 2:1     .  That is what it says on the prescription , within 2 days the pain was 99% gone.  I felt obligated to post after reading having known how much grief this caused me.  Of course run it by your Dr. first but it saved me from going insane . Spent one day home with no pants it was to painful to have contact with anything.  Sadly if its herpes I dont think this will help.  good luck all.
