lelegirlI have been getting these boils under my chin and just clear liquid comes out and they hurts like hell. I have lupus and I get these only when I'm in the Sun. It's like a blisters under my skin. If your getting these bumps in the Sun around or in your mouth you might want to get a lupus rest.

I went to dermatoligist when my break outs started when I was 23 years old. Never ever had pimples or black head ever before. These things where hudge and hurt like heck. They are under the skin and never do come to a head...EVER... My dermatolist told me to lance them myself because I could feel where the bump was trying to come up and he could'nt tell. He said he would cause more damage if he drained them God these things are so so gross. I lanced athem a few times and got alot of bloody puss. Then after a couple of days they'd go away and never had any scars. Then I took a 3 week treatment of Accutain (sp) it is a bent molicue of vitimin A. It dried my skin on my face out really bad. But the large bumps did'nt come back till recently. I'm noe 55 years old. There's some contrvery about Accutaiin but at the time I had these bumps I did'nt care. The medicine worked. I asked my M.D. about these lumps or bumps and she said it could be broken blood vesils under the skin and it was probly from using to hot of water on my face. I noticed to that if I bumped my face or even the top of my head I would get the large p***y lumps that did drain blood and puss. Yuck! I think Accutain is still available from a perscription. But I would not take it longer then the 3 week treatment. It helped me for over 30 years.. I only did a 3 week treatmen and people having problems took for a longer time period.. It is a very drying affect on facial skin. But heck it worked. Try not to use to hot or to cold of a temperature of water also. Which sucks I loved as hot as I could stand it temp. for shower. Goog luck.. If the bumps won't come to a head to drain do not let them sit it does alot more damage and the same spot will keep coming back. I think Accutain would be a good choice. I did'nt have to changemy diet or anything, took it once a day...IT WORKED. Hope you can get rid of the bumps they are very painfull exspecialy when they are'nt drained and keep coming back again. My name is Karen

I'm not entirely sure, but everyone is different and reacts differently to various things, products, foods.

I have realized that as soon as I hit my mid twenties, I experienced some redness and bumps too. It can be really irritating especially if no one gives a proper answer or solution to it.

It comes down to hormonal changes too, at this age our body is adjusting and hormones are fluctuating again which is why they call it "adult acne".

Sigh

I'm 14 and I think I have the same thing you're talking about. I have a bump on my chin that looks like a bug bite or a pimple, but it's sore and feels like a bruise or something. I've gotten it once before and I covered it with, this might sound weird, but I researched it and it said it was okay, but I covered it with a clear nail polish to dry it up. It stung really bad, but when it dried I scrubbed it until the nail polish came off. The next day it was gone! My skin was extremely dry in that spot though, so I did have to use oils and lotions for a few days. It worked, but now it's happening again and I don't know what to do:(

Saw this on another forum--mine seem to always happen when the seasons change for some reason and if I pressure pop them more seem to pop up in the same area--hydrogen peroxide seems to be a good home remedy just hold on it with tight pressure to let it dry the spot out.anyways I'm going to talk to my derm about this. Fyi mine always happen on the side of my face in between my sideburns and eyes and mid forehead occasionally "So starting in the middle of june I was fighting with a cluster of what seemed to be just non inflammed acne. small flesh color bumps. You hear alot of people complaining about them. Ive been getting them for quite a while now just here and there but it ONLY bothers me when they are in these clusters. For me the clusters only happened on the right side of my face where my bangs hung down. I mostly had them on my forehead as well. I was at the derm for another reason and I brought it up to him thinking he would tell me its just mild acne, clogged pores and to try SA or that he would try to give me differin or something. He said I think it isnt acne it is a skin yeast infection or Fungus. I know sounds gross! He said its a fungus that grows on all normal skin BUT when it over grows is when its an issue. It thrives on oily skin (which I have) and is very common in hot humid weather. It mimics small acne. It is specifically called Pityrosporum. SO, he said take these pills for 28 days and if it is Pityrosporum then it will disappear decently quickly. Ive been taking it for 2 weeks and pretty much all my tiny bumps are gone. The ones on my forehead are all gone. Just thought id share this since I know there are many complaining of these bumps on their face and forehead. Im going to try to find out more about it when Im done with these pills like,, does it come back.. do I need to do something to maintain it. Ive found a few articles on it."

Try giving up guten, it worked for me. I tried different cleanses, creams, ate healthy etc. But nothing really worked.  I always new it was not normal to be getting pimples in my thirties, but i just couldn't get rid of them. I gave up gluten and they went away. My daughter still gets them, but her diet isn't great. Hope this helps.
