Red, Sore bumps on my face but they don't come to a head like a pimple :(

I have what sounds the same as you....hard red little bumps on my face, neck and behind my ears that do not come to a head but if de-roofed produce clear liquid, heal quickly then fill up with clear liquid again. I believe the clear liquid is gamma globulin and the 'rash' is a reaction to stress [anxiety/depression]. If the rash is really bad my dermatologist told me that a two month course of antibiotic seems to calm things down. It has not been horrible enough for me to try that yet....but I will if need be.

Please let me know if u figure out what this is. I have the same symptoms on my chin. It is swelled up and very sore. Looks awful. Today is day 3. I have been putting heat ( as hot as i can stand ) on it several times a day. Also been putting tooth paste to dry it up. Hope I'm helping it n not hurting it. I was going to get on antibiotics. You are talking nonsense and clearly know nothing about rosacea. As a sufferer I can tell you that you most certainly have rosacea or perioral dermatitis, or both

If you shave and then use deodorant it will build up inside of your skin. It will hurt but pop it like a pimple and you will feel instant relief after.

Yeah I tried alot of stuff too. I am trying medicated pain relief with camper in it really helping someone told me it is like a cold sore. She told me to get camphonique has camper too but also has another healing product . I can see how I get these I never get sick, i tend to be a carrier of colds and flu so I guess this is a reaction from fever cold sore . I also noticed when I eat yogurt it heals some too. I carry alot of bacteria in my body. When I get a overload I break out . I hope this helps, try not to pick at it, also out triple antibiotic on it too, and something medicated for cold sores and such

Ok I have had one for 4 months slowly getting better , I recently met a person and she said it is a cold sore,makes sense I don't get sick but apparently I get these , I got camphonique. Old remedy for cold sores, if ya have anything with camper in it will help too. I started using it yesterday and almost gone amazing i am so happy to know what this is now.

Hydrogen peroxide really doesn't kill bacteria well AT ALL. What you see is it reacting with oxygen and you see bubbles so you think "wow this is doing something for me" when it's not. If *anything* it's killing good healthy cells that you need
