so I don't know how long it's been I never really looked but recently I noticed small red spots / dots on my penis when I pull back. There are like 5-8 of them. I never had sex before so it's worrying me. Do you guys know anything about this ?? Plz help.

They may be fordyce spots. They are very common and not an STD.
