hi a few days ago i come out with extremly tiny spots on my foreskin and head of the penis these only itch everynow and again when rubbed and are not real noticeable till you pull the foreskin back and closily look at them the was a red patch of skin near a blood vessel which has now basicaly gone. when i wash it the spots and redness is reduce i have looked on here and think it might be balanitis or something like that. i am sexualy active.
i m 27 year old male.. i had my circumcision surgery when i was 11 or so. But after that due to fear of pain i did not pulled back my foreskin regularly. Now my foreskin is tight and i am not able to pull it back.. Is it necessary for me to go through circumcision surgery again?? is there any alternative solution in my case??
