Over the past week I have been seeing some strange activity on my penis, on the penis head to be precise. It started out a week or two ago where there was this little red spot on it and I saw it while in the shower, so I just washed it a lot with soap etc. and a day or two after, it was gone.
Now, it has reappeared and it is in much greater numbers, there started out being 4-5 of them and today, the 6th is showing.
I don't know what to do, I have washed it as much as I can, but they don't go away.
I have never had any sexual activity, so it can't possibly be an STD.
Only things that have changed the past 2-3 weeks:
- I have gotten a new shower-gel
- I have taken some medication for an ingrown toe-nail on my foot
...and thats it. Nothing else has changed over the 2 weeks, so what can be the cause of this? My spots look exactly like the ones in this picture:

I have looked up the name of the picture, Candida Balantitis, but they dont look anything like my case, only that one picture, so it can't possibly be "candida balanitis".
Anyone know what it is?!

you are having an allergic reaction. check with your doctor about the medication and check the label on the shower-gel.

Could be some skin irritation. Try using a penis health creme called Man1 Man Oil. A lot of skin issues down there are caused by dry skin, and this creme will keep your skin nice and moisturized.
