Hi, I want to make a suggestion to the person seeking more weight, trying to gain weight through eating more than the body needs is actually not a very good idea, you might end up with a eating habits related diseas However I suggest a high protein diet , always picking healthy choices , plus regular exercise including weight building exercises, just don't use very heavy weights , use a personal trainer for a while Try it for a month and see what happens

i only take 2 a day at one time because more than that probably can harm you and if you excercise with it it will make you feel better about yourself!! i'm onyl 14 but i love it and it keeps my weight consistent between 120 and 125. dont take more than 2 a day since it only perscribes one a day. hope it helps. 6 meals a day, start with ahlf banana, protien shake and huts, 6 wheat thin, make sure carbs, fats & ptorien eb=]very meal 60 protien. work your ass off at the gym

It's important to remember that kelp is a FOOD. Meaning that it is balanced naturally with many minerals and nutrients. It is NOT just an iodine supplement and does't need to be treated as such. While you may be getting "high" doses of iodine, you are also getting support minerals that will help your body process that.

 

Kelp is detoxifying, so you will want to excersize and drink alot of water with it. Plus the salt in it can be dehydrating, so doubly drink water.

I eat it like an asian. I buy it at the asian grocer in big bags cheap. It's called kombu in asia speak. Same thing though.

Very good stuff, as I suggest with most herbs...If you are not feeling or seeing results, take more! It is FOOOOOD. We are made to handle fairly large amounts of this stuff.

It's not like a perscription where one to many could cause serious complications.

And there is no standard of measurement as far as dosages are concerned with herbal supplements.

 

One label might say take one pill another might say 6. It's all about what works for you and remember it's detoxifying powers can cause some distress. Just take it slow if that bothers you and remember your water.

I started taking few days ago Natures Way Kelp pills and it said 1 per day but its 600mg...so I think we need to follow directions .I also find on Amazon you can order Kelp powder and sprinkle on your food  .

I recently bought Sea Kelp from Hollland and Barrets but it was the 15mg tablets NOT the 30mg. I have not seen any improvement, due to only taking 3 a day.. i want to double up doses but don't know if it is safe enough?

Cut out bread - or get down to virtually none, or don't use any any other wheat items. What they have done to wheat over the past 50 yrs is scary, it is not the same wheat we ate as children. Bulgar wheat, rye, brown rice are a better alternative.

Well ive been taking more care of myself( healther diet etc) and picked up sea kelp from chemist about a month ago. And my weight is coming off the easiest in my whole life. Gone from 12st 7ibs to 11st 10ibs . My enlarged pores on face has shrunk and my wrinkles have faded infact my skin is glowing. Two people have mentioned how long my hair is growing!!!!!!!!!

Ive only just read on the health benifits of sea kelp and im over the moon. I take one tablet before breakfast wiyh my green tea. the tablets are 300mg.       HAPPY DAYS :-)

It took me a couple of weeks before I started eating less. My partner started eating less much sooner than I did. I am pretty over weight and that probably had something to do with it. Anyway, I can no longer eat the same amount of food as I used to.

id beenn readling on Kelp for over a year and never found it in a reliable source till I found they had it in the remarkable Whole Foods store in Colorado Springs and I started with their brand which only says to take a 225 mcg tablet with a meal once daily and I dont want to go over that I wakl and work out and consume mostly plant based whole foods and juice some of them
