For anyone else who comes across this thread in preparation of the surgery...I had the parathyroidectomy procedure with Raymon Grogan at Baylor St Luke 8 days ago. Highly recommend him, the experience has not been bad at all - Total time at hospital from walking in to leaving was probably 7 hours. Tingling/numbness in the extremities on days 2-6, but feel pretty much back to normal now.
Heard he is as good as Norman center
