Hello,

I had tight skin, unable to pull the "head" completely, until 2 days ago.

The streaching works, worm water, and do it regulary, it took me 1 month, now i can pull like every other person.

I also had extremely sensitive glands, at first i thought it hurts when touched, then i read the suggestions online, how rubbing it makes it less sensitive, and its true, month ago, whiling still trying to streach, i also started to rub the glands, to reduce the sensitivity.

At first it felt painful, now a month after, the sensitivity is reduced by a lot, i no longer feel pain, its still little over sensitive tho, but i think in 1 more month it'll go away, leaving the pleasent feeling only xD.

Don't give up guys, just do it regulary, don't over do it, and be patient.

I bet you all wonder "Where are our parents to tell us this", yeah, i still blame them.

Years of shame, i didn't even want to get a girlfriend, because i knew i'll have to have sex, and it will be painful for me, resulting in even more emberassment.

Now i got a girlfriend that helps me with it, after knowing that this pain is temporary and as long as i keep with the exercises i will succeed.

Dont give up.

For some reason it's difficult for parents to talk to their kids about anything sexual except to say "don't do it". I think it has to do with society's attitude about it. Supposedly we began sex ed in school to cure thh problem but if they designed a course that would really be helpful I'm sure the parents would kill it, saying it was pornographic.

This site seems to be a very good place in my opinion to get the information but being the internet it is full of misinformation too.

I found a British (i think) site that showed a class of girls and boys being shown the differences that are all normal. They had five naked females who were chosen to show the different breast and vulvular shapes and in another one they had five males showing the different sizes and appearance of a circumcised guy also. After they got past the giggles at the beginning I think they learned some valuable information.

I'm not sure if he needs any creams and such, just be a man ~~.
The pain can be tolerated, start by placing your tumb on your penis head and hold it there, you will see that the pain will go away, but when you start moving it, you will experience it again, i can't tell for the rest, but for me the pain was not bigger than a pinch, you're making it sound like your being slaughtered, i know it can be troublesome, some people recommend first using your shower, you'll feel some "pain", but do it each time you take a shower and it'll go away, then you can start touching it like i suggested.
Took me a month to workout the streching problem, and in a second month atm working on the sensitivity, its still not comfortable but i feel no pain.

same thing here! found about my sensative glans about 3-4 years ago..very hard to deal with in the beginning...just started to get better after a while, just by wearing it exposed in my underwear, putting it under the shower, touching it gently.

so i got a girlfriend about 1 month ago. (i can very easily make her come by going down on her, or by fingering)  and we have sex whenever we can. she mastrubating me feels great, even a blowjob feels realy good! but the real sex feels too good! can't hold it very long..slowly works just fine, but when we go "hardcore" it's over in minutes (because of the sentative glans) , most of the time my penis get's hard again in no time! so i can make her come! but i would like to have sex for 30 minutes straid without me coming already so early. she doesn't even notice because i'm not really a screamer or don't really make that much noise.. but it would be good for my self esteem..

i guess the only option is to take it a step further..and just touch the glans a bit harder...and rubbing it like a mad man. so it will be less sensative!

goodluck everybody with the same problem!

So i am in the same boat as you guys, I realized that i had phimosis and didnt realize it till i had oral sex with my girlffriend and she pulled back my skin to find oversensitive glands. The main thing that i noticed was that i couldn't feel the oversensitivity due to it being wet, so i tried stretching in the bath tub under water and found that there is a bit more tolerance if you work your way up to full on rubbing of the glands,

hope this helps a little bit

i am suffering from the same condition. i have to wear underwear at all times during the day. it would be too sore otherwise. i was circumcised over a year ago and glans is still sore to the touch. its not sore if i dont touch it and keep my underwear on. its definitely the glans especially the part where the groove is. its very red there. i think with a condom i can touch it with no pain. so that helps. any covering stops the pain. maybe theres a message in the fact that it only works with a condom. a good excuse to wear one.im 58 years of age and maybe the old healing process mighnt be as good.just have to put up with it i guess unless someone has a miracle cure..cheers kevin

Well, I will write my story to maybe help someone else to not reach my situation too :p

Lack of info by parents/school + pain whenever something touches the gland = naturally, I assumed I should always leave the foreskin protecting it, afterall, who likes to feel pain? by the time I noticed it was not normal (porn movies and such), it wouldn't move back already. And I couldn't use the anonymously of the internet to find it out, also too embarassed to tell anyone. So I just decided to give up on sex life (I could masturbate without problems!) and live with it.

I met a girl I really, really liked and...I had to give up just because of this, so needless to say if you have this probleem for too long it becomes more of a psychological problem than the physical one (I'd say my case was/is 90% in my mind and 10% in my gland..). Throughout time, the "hole" got smaller and smaller, 6 months ago I even started having problems to urinate, and last 2 months it was so thin that I had to struggle for the urine to flow (took around 3~5 minutes to pee).

I only went to the doctor because I was worried this could eventually kill me if it closed completely. Now I made the circumcision surgery 10 days ago (I can pee again! whoa...for me it feels like someone who was in a wheelchair and can walk again), and don't feel much pain with the bandage touching the gland. However, I developped a serious phsycological fear of touching the gland with my finger (due to past experiences in childhood, yes, Freud theory applies), haven't even tried touching it and can barely take a shower because I can't let any water fall over it.

This is the kind of thing I wouldn't believe if it hadn't happened to me, because this was meant to be a dumb thing and easy to solve, but as we can see in this thread, many guys suffer a lot because of this, and if this situation happened to me it could happen to someone else, so I must say, if your foreskin can still go back, do the stretching. If it can't, search the doctor immeadetly and do the surgery. It's your health (specially your mind health! the penis issue isn't that much serious, the problem is the psychological damage this can cause).

and good luck to all of us, I'll try to find a way to face my fears. Since I am a coward (hehe), and since I had the foreskin removed, I guess one day I will get tired of this overprotection and overcare about touching it and eventually convince myself I can stand it. We'll see.

Thanks everyone for the hints too. I just wish I had read something like this some years earlier :/
