Hey Guys,
Like most here i had phimosis (tightening of the foreskin around the head n unable to pull back). Just two days ago had my circumcision, hasn't been painful more messy than not at dealing with and taking the time changing badages and keeping it clean n swelling down. I feel better and relieved because before with the foreskin i couldn't keep it as clean as i wanted. Most my life i had phimosis developing tighter, but i didn't want to see or talk to a doc cause' i was too embaressed.
Anyways, my head is now exposed and it is extremely sensitive! But the head has the most nerves in the body. I'm concerned for when i am exercising in my underwear rubbing.
As for why it is so sensitive i think its not too complicated, for years the head was covered and now it's experiencing the rubbing etc. I would not be too worried, apply religiously skin intensive lotion 3 times daily to help moisturize and protect the glans, and it will eventually come around that you dont need lotion anymore...
Ok so perhaps i should share my story...I've had problems with thick foreskin which resulted in immense pain whenever I touched the head of the penis. First i got a ointment from the doctor i went to see. It was supposed to stretch the foreskin. This didn't really work in my case so i decided to go through with the cirumcision. After the operation, the problem with the "pain on touch" have drasticly gone down. Sure, It's only been 2-3 months since the operation but I felt the change immediately after being able to remove the bandages. Now there might possibly be something else that causes you to feel pain but i believe It's in most cases just because of thick foreskin.
Just to let you guys know from personal experience.
same me... how to stop to do??
The only way to get over the sensitivity is to bare the head and touch it as much as you can stand. Do that every day or as often as you can and it will become less sensitive. The more you do it the sooner it will improve. It's probably a lot more fun to have your gf do it for you.
okay, how to stop to do?? let me know
You need to expose your glans to the outside world and different textures etc. This is the only way to desensitize. I know a lot of guys who use a penis health creme that contains Vitamin E for this exact reason. Applying this creme not only moisturizes the penis skin, but it gives your penis tactile stimulation every day. It's a good move. Check it out.
P.s. Am 14
I thought I would die from the pain for the first 2 days, as my penis was all swollen up and when I moved I felt pain. Today (8 days after operation) I feel no pain at all, when I touch it, run my finger across it or whatever I feel 0% of pain. I'm joyful, but now I just can't get an erection. That's the only problem but it's only for the upcoming 2 - 3 weeks and then everything will be normal.
