yes i am here and found no solution for hurting and hypersensitivty on my glans
i dont know how it started but it started 3 months ago. My glans are very sensitive and i have seen couple doctors and even had nerve block operation from my back and it didnt help out.
I cant walk without pain if i didnt cover my penis with soft bandage. I searched all internet forums and there is no one saying that i healed it. This drives me being hopeless. Hi, I know how sensitive the glands can be if your not circumcised because I had the same problem when I was your age.
The best way I found to over come this is to keep your foreskin pulled back so the air can dry the skin out then your find you can touch the head and it won't be so sensitive, it takes a while to get to that stage but the more you can keep it retracted the faster it will be less sensitive.
