Hi all, the main reason for this is a narrowed foreskin, the first step is to resolve this, high chance you are a latebloomer and this will just solve itself. you can practise a little by stretching it but dont overdo it and make sure when it hurts you stop. after this you can have normal sexual intercourse when using lube, or droowl. also the vagina provides natural lube so normally the head of the penis wont hurt when having vaginal sex. I am now 25 , sex is not a problem but when not having sex my glance is still very sensitive, you just dont let the girl touch the glance when giving a ha****b, the rest should be fine

I think I know why my glans are sensitive, because I have a tiny bit of tight foreskin an so once the head is revealed the blood isn’t pumping that well in my penis because it’s tight an so maybe this is why it causes sensitivity in the penis, or who knows I might be wrong
The glands are sensitive to touch simply because they have been covered by the foreskin all the time, just like when you graze your self that area is more sensitive to touch than the rest until the skin hardens over it, as the glands stay exposed more the skin over them dries out and starts to thicken slightly an that takes a lot of the sensitivity away.
