Hello. I have been conducting my own diet for about 4 months now. I have been eating only two times a day, and never after 18h. I didn’t eat any sweets, little bread, mostly vegetables and fruit. However, two nights ago I went out and had a bit of alcohol. Soon after I started to feel dizzy, and I got so scared and started to shake. I went home straight away. I am ok now, but I am still afraid that something went wrong with my body. Can you please, help me? I stopped with this diet immediately.

It is good that you stopped with this diet because it wouldn’t do you any good anyway. When you eat only two times a day, your body will realize you are starving it and will be saving all the food you are taking. That way you won’t be losing many pounds. It is always better to eat more often but smaller amounts of food. I don’t think that anything went wrong with your body, it is just exhausted and the alcohol consumption made it even more exhausted….or something. I don’t know how old are you, but it would be best if you asked somebody to help you count how much you need to lose, and help you find a proper way to do so. Try a nutritionist or other doctors!
