This started a few months ago with a sharp pain in my rectum constantly as well as a sharp pain when i pee. I think it started with me straining to go pooh. Most of the time my stools requires straining. Now I have a huge sensation to pee every 20 minutes or so. If I am sitting it's not as bad but once I stand up I have about 15 seconds to make it in the rest room. The pain on my penis tip is so intense it hurts like he'll to pee. No blood, no STD.What z thz?????
