I had been playing football recently and someone had ran into me causing their weight to be distributed on me as we fell. Immediately afterwards i felt a sharp pain within my right pectoral area leaning more towards the center of my chest. I feel this pain when proceeding to move into some positions like laying down and sometimes even when im just walking/getting up. It also reappears whenever I start heavy breathing or move my neck/right arm. This is the second day so far and i am just a little worried if this is a serious injury requiring me to visit a doctor or just something i should wait out until it heals naturally.
Er... sounds like a cracked or broken rib dude...

Pain is your body trying to tell you something: if it didn't matter, it wouldn't be painful, and if you've bought into the jock sh*t no pain no gain, then fine, but understanding between pain you intentionally induce, and pain that hits you right after a big solid object hits might be put under the heading 'survival tips 101'.
